Cliff Avril tells SportsCenter about his time in Haiti with Marshawn Lynch, in which they didn't talk about football or Lynch's retirement, but is glad to see that the Seahawks will not have anyone wearing No. 24 this season. (1:28)

Marshawn Lynch will make at least one more visit to CenturyLink Field.

The former Seattle Seahawks running back will be participating in the 100,000 Opportunities Initiative on Thursday.

The mission is to hire people between 16 and 24 who are out of school or not working. Lynch is expected to meet with attendees throughout the day as they go through interviews, meet with companies and receive training.

Lynch has had an eventful three months since announcing his retirement during the Super Bowl. He went to Egypt as part of the American Football Without Barriers program. He hung out with Bill Clinton in Oakland. And he joined Cliff Avril on a trip to Haiti where they built an elementary school, hosted a mobile medical clinic and ran a youth football camp.

"Marshawn, he's just into giving back," Avril said on SportsCenter. "He's been doing that all offseason, really. For him to want to take this trip with me, he actually put me in contact with some people out there before I started putting my trip together. He just has a giving heart, and it was a no-brainer for him. Once I told him I was going, he was all in."

Lynch has not yet filed his retirement papers, but he seems to be making a smooth, productive transition to post-football life.
