RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll indicated Saturday that the MRI on Marshawn Lynch's hamstring did not come back completely clean and reiterated that the running back will be a game-time decision.

Carroll also suggested that Lynch had been dealing with a different hamstring injury prior to the Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears.

"He had [an MRI] last week, and nothing showed up," Carroll said. "And then after the game, he aggravated his hamstring in a different area than anything that he had felt the week before. It happened on that play where he caught the ball on fourth down and he got a little something. So we checked it out, and there were some findings. So he's working hard on trying to get it back."

Lynch is expected to see how he feels pregame Monday before the team makes a decision on his availability. He has been listed as questionable on the injury report.

"We would go with him if he could make it," Carroll said. "If he could pop out of it, then we would go with him just based on he's had other weeks where he wasn't able to practice and played very well. But we'll have to wait and see."

Lynch has not missed a full game since 2011 when he was dealing with a back issue. If he can't go, it'll be rookie Thomas Rawls carrying the load with veteran Fred Jackson mixing in.
