He really is fast.

Wide receiver Antonio Brown tangoed his way to the "Dancing With The Stars" quarterfinals on Monday, and there he was on Tuesday appearing in the Steelers' photo gallery from the May 3 offseason workout session.

Brown is a master of the quick out route, and he took that concept literally when he seemingly flew from Los Angeles to Pittsburgh at some point in the last 24 hours. That's unless the DWTS episode wasn't live, but they are known to be live.

Brown attending workouts is a good sign. He could have blown them off as he's working Season 22 of DWTS. These offseason workouts are voluntary, mostly conditioning and rehab. But Brown isn't staying away. Coach Mike Tomlin said offseason participation has been strong.

Tuesday's session also featured quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and center Maurkice Pouncey, who apparently has made steady progress rehabbing his surgically repaired fibula. One Steelers player said Pouncey can do much more in these workouts than he could a few months ago, when his recovery from surgery was fresher.
