It didn't take long for tickets to sell out for the Philadelphia Eagles' open practice Aug. 10 at historic Franklin Field. Located on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, Franklin Field was the Eagles' home field from 1958-70. This practice will be one of three open to the public. It's the only practice scheduled at Franklin Field. Before practice begins, a number of former Eagles will be honored on the field, according to CSNPhilly.com. The other two open practices will be held July 28 and Aug. 3 at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles will open training camp on Friday at the NovaCare Complex and their first preseason game will be Aug. 8 against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
