The Philadelphia Eagles will open the second half of their 2014 season with a very difficult stretch of games.

It starts with a "Monday Night Football" matchup against the Carolina Panthers on Nov. 10 at Lincoln Financial Field. The Panthers finished 12-4 last season and wound up with the NFC's No. 2 playoff seed, behind only the Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks.

Six days after the game against the Panthers, the Eagles must travel to Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers.

Don’t be fooled by the Packers’ 8-7-1 record last season; star quarterback Aaron Rodgers was hurt for a large chunk of games.

Sandwiched amid a tough stretch is a home game against the Tennessee Titans on Nov. 23. But the Eagles will be traveling to meet the Dallas Cowboys four days later on Thanksgiving Day. The Eagles haven’t played in Dallas on Thanksgiving Day since 1989 when they registered three interceptions against quarterback Troy Aikman in a resounding 27-0 victory.

On Dec. 7, the Seahawks visit Philadelphia. The Seahawks finished 13-3 and steamrolled through the postseason en route to a Super Bowl win over the Denver Broncos.
