          Adoree' Jackson makes his case for Rio ... as a gymnast?

          USC all-everything Adoree' Jackson's goal was to make it to the Rio Olympics in long jump. However, he failed to qualify for the finals and finished in 10th place at the US Olympic trials in July.

          But, maybe he was trying the wrong sport all along?

          One of USC football's staff members posted video of Jackson and a few USC teammates putting together some pretty impressive gymnastic tumbling passes on the field during a USC preseason practice on Friday. Jackson -- the video's final gymnast -- puts together a pass that included a round off and three consecutive back tucks.

          He might not be the next Simone Biles or Aly Raisman, but it's one more feather in the cap of an athlete who has no trouble displaying that athleticism (in any sport).
