Ahead of spring training, Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz has committed to working out and has been busy in the gym. In January, he posted a picture on Twitter explaining that he wanted to give his best for his final season with the team.

The results of that dedication and effort are evident in a more recent image taken yesterday. At 40, Ortiz has gotten into incredible shape for his last year.
