The NFL draft is in a month from now, so it's a good time to take a look at the Oakland Raiders' top needs by projecting them for the first three rounds:
Receiver
Why: The Raiders badly need an impact receiver. They were one of two teams not to have a700-yard receiver last year. It's arguably their most glaring need.
Possible picks: Amari Cooper (Alabama), Kevin White (West Virginia).
Pass-rusher
Why: The Raiders only had just 22 sacks last season. They have a need for a base defensive end.
Possible picks: Shane Ray (Missouri), Preston Smith (Mississippi State) Owamagbe Odighizuwa (UCLA).
Right guard
Why: The Raiders want Khalif Barnes to be their sixth offensive lineman. They want to find a young starter here.
Possible picks: Laken Tomlinson (Duke), Tre Jackson (Florida State), John Miller (Louisville).
