Ottawa Senators general manager Bryan Murray opens up about his cancer treatment to Michael Farber on TSN. Murray allowed cameras to follow him as he received treatment for stage 4 colon cancer, which has spread to his lungs and liver. Murray said there is no cure for him, but he hopes chemotherapy will reduce the tumors and extend his life. He urged people to get a colonoscopy, because he believes his current diagnosis would have been preventable if he had the procedure. Doctors told Murray he had stage 4 cancer June 23, days before the NHL draft in Philadelphia.
