Is Garcon worth the cap hit in '15?

It is no real surprise that Pierre Garcon's production waned in 2014, since the Washington Redskins added DeSean Jackson during the offseason and had an ongoing quarterback carousel during the regular season. Nonetheless, his production in 2014 (68 catches for 752 yards and 3 TDs) was about half of what he did in 2013 (113 catches for 1,346 yards and 5 TDs).

Garcon carries a $9.7 million cap hit for 2015, so it is debatable whether keeping him on the roster in his current role would be worth it. If Washington were to cut Garcon, they would save $5.3 million. Or they could trade him and get out from under the entire deal.

What might Washington get in return for Garcon and how would his departure impact the team?
