2014 second-round pick Trent Murphy had spent the past eight games starting at right outside linebacker for the Washington Redskins, but he was unable to finish Saturday's tilt with the Philadelphia Eagles due to a hand injury.

It appears that the odds are slim that the rookie will be able to play through it in Washington's season finale against the Dallas Cowboys.
