How will Browns split carries?

Those of us who held on to Ben Tate for years in keeper leagues, while he battled injuries as a backup to Arian Foster with the Houston Texans, thought we would get paid off once he scampered off to the Cleveland Browns as an unrestricted free agent this year. But then the Browns went and drafted Terrance West in the third round.
