Connecting TE Ebron with Bills

The Buffalo Bills re-signed tight end Scott Chandler in March to a two-year contract worth an average of $2.38 million per season. The former fourth-rounder racked up a career-high 53 receptions and 655 yards to go with a pair of touchdowns last season. He's proved to be a reliable tight end, but he lacks the upside we've seen from the elite tight ends around the NFL.
