Former head coach and ESPN NFL analyst Herm Edwards released his 2012 coaching rankings

. One of the more interesting things is what Edwards thinks of Buffalo Bills coach Chan Gailey.

Gailey is just 10-22 in two seasons in Buffalo, and Edwards says the jury is still out on the Bills' coach. But this is the best team Gailey's had with the Bills, and Buffalo has playoff aspirations.

Edwards knows Gailey well. Gailey was once Edwards’ offensive coordinator with the Kansas City Chiefs."He's a great offensive mind. He'll take the players he has and put them in a position to have success. Offensively, this team will be fun to watch. And defensively, they should be much better. Chan understands there are raised expectations for this team, and the Bills have improved every year he's been there."
It's no secret that this is a big year for Gailey and Buffalo. The Bills have a lot of excuses of why they started fast last year but lost eight of their last nine games.

But 2012 is a year of no excuses. If Gailey and the Bills are legit, it's time to show it.
