49ers injury report: Patrick Willis questionable

There were no changes to the San Francisco 49ers’ injury report – no players missed practice because of injury Friday – and there were still only four players listed as the Niners enjoyed their post-bye work week.

No players were ruled out for Sunday's home game against the St. Louis Rams, and while there are questions about the availabilty of All-Pro inside linebacker Patrick Willis because of a sprained toe, the Niners are as healthy as they’ve been since early September.

Willis and cornerback Tramaine Brock (toe) were both limited in Friday’s practice. Cornerback Chris Culliver (hamstring) and safety Jimmie Ward were full participants.

Following is the 49ers’ status report for Sunday’s game against the Rams:

Questionable: CB Tramaine Brock (toe), LB Patrick Willis (toe)

Probable: CB Chris Culliver (hamstring), S Jimmie Ward (quadricep)
