Jason Bay should up his physical activity to include running on Saturday,
Terry Collins said.
Bay started riding a stationary bicycle midweek and did not experience a recurrence of concussion-related symptoms, the manager said.
Bay suffered the concussion two weeks ago.
The timetable leaves little doubt Bay will not return until after the July 9-12 All-Star break.
