          Baylor has signed classes ranked No. 28 (2013), No. 22 (2014) and No. 32 despite small numbers in 2015, but the 2016 class has the makings to be Art Briles' best yet in Waco. With a trio of ESPN Junior 300 prospects already in the fold, including No. 10 Patrick Hudson, the Bears added a fourth Monday with a pledge from offensive tackle J.P. Urquidez.
