Buckeyes to get plenty of prime-time appearances on ESPN networks

Ohio State will play in prime time on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2 for four consecutive weeks, highlighting the schedule of Big Ten ESPN night games released on Monday.

The full list:

  • Oct. 8 (7 or 8 p.m. ET) -- Michigan at Rutgers

  • Oct. 15 (8 p.m.) -- Ohio State at Wisconsin

  • Oct. 22 (8 p.m.) -- Ohio State at Penn State

  • Oct. 29 (5:30 p.m.) -- Northwestern at Ohio State

  • Oct. 29 (7 p.m.) -- Nebraska at Wisconsin

  • Nov. 5 (8 p.m.) -- Nebraska at Ohio State

  • Nov. 12 (7 or 8 p.m.) -- Michigan at Iowa

Notably, of the four inter-divisional games, the Nebraska-Ohio State matchup is the first in the series since 2012. The Michigan-Iowa, Ohio State-Wisconsin and Ohio State-Northwestern series last featured games in 2013.
