UPDATE: According to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, the Jazz are expected to sign swingman Chris Johnson to a 10-day contract on Wednesday. Johnson is currently playing in the D-League with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and he's averaging 20.1 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists.

Johnson started 2014-15 with the Philadelphia 76ers, but was waived on Nov. 15.

The second 10-day contract signed by Elliot Williams expired Monday night, so the Utah Jazz need to let him go or offer a rest-of-season deal. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, Williams will not get a rest-of-season contract.
