Could Brewer soon land with Rockets?

The Minnesota Timberwolves have put swingman Corey Brewer back in the trade market, per ESPN.com's Marc Stein and Brian Windhorst. The Houston Rockets have been hot for Brewer for a while and a deal may get completed soon.
