The Oklahoma City Thunder were allowed to have a 16th player on the roster for almost three weeks due to all their injuries. Well, they may get Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant and Mitch McGary back within the next three games, so the decision was mad not to petition the league for another exemption. As a result, the Thunder made a move late Wednesday by placing Sebastian Telfair on waivers so they could keep Ish Smith the roster, according to ESPN.com's Royce Young.
