For several weeks we have discussed how Daryl Morey will have some tough decisions to make when it comes to naming the Houston Rockets 15-man regular season by the Oct. 27 deadline. Getting down to 17 is easy, but the final two are tricky. Morey did make two moves on Thursday regrading cuts 20-17 when he waived Akil Mitchell and Josh Powell. According to the Houston Chronicle.
