Rajon Rondo has been unavailable for game action during the preseason to allow his fractured left hand to heal. The Boston Celtics will tip off their regular season on Oct. 29 against the Brooklyn Nets and head coach Brad Stevens did not rule out a return for his starting point. For his part, Rondo is unsure when he will get clearance for all basketball-related activity.
