Most observers of the Detroit Pistons don't believe Josh Smith and Greg Monroe are a good starting forward tandem and stats will back up that opinion. There has been talk that president of basketball ops/head coach Stan Van Gundy will start Smith and bring Monroe off the bench, but as of Monday the duo may continue to keep their prior spots.
