There has been a lot of pressure on Terrence Ross to fulfill his potential ever since the Toronto Raptors selected him one pick ahead of Andre Drummond in the 2012 NBA draft. Throw in the fact that Drummond has looked like a future max-contract player in his first two years in the league, and you can see the type of expectations Ross has to face.

To his credit, the 23-year-old shooting guard made some strides in his second season, improving his shooting and raising his PER from 10.48 as a rookie to 12.09.
