Sports teams in close proximity always have a good rivalry, but some are more intense than others. That can be said regarding the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Rockets as Mark Cuban and Daryl Morey like to go at each other. That is one of the reasons why Cuban and his Mavs tendered a three-year, $46 million offer sheet to free agent forward Chandler Parsons that was not matched by Morey.
