The Sacramento Kings quickly added forward Eric Moreland to their summer roster after he was not selected in the 2014 NBA draft. Moreland averaged 19.2 minutes, 3.5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.7 blocks in six games and his play on defense and the ability to get the ball off the rim convinced the Kings, Champions of the 2014 Las Vegas Summer League, to offer him a contract.
