The Dallas Mavericks must be feeling a bit of déjà vu as one of their 2014 free agent signings is set to have surgery to fix an issue. In 2013 the Mavs had signed point guard Devin Harris to a three-year, $9 million contract, but later voided it after the team was informed he would need surgery to repair a toe injury.
