ESPN's eighth annual Summer Forecast kicked off on Monday with a look at the 2015-16 Eastern Conference standings.  In the projections, which are determined by our ESPN Forecast panel, the New York Knicks are 14th in the East with a 25-57 record, eight wins better than last year's team.
