Johnson thanks Raptors fans on Twitter

After reportedly agreeing to a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, Amir Johnson took to Twitter to thank Toronto Raptors fans for their support during his six seasons with the team.

Johnson was a fan favorite during his time in Toronto and an active member of the community. The 28-year-old forward averaged 8.8 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in his time with the Raptors.
