Report: 2016 All-Star logo to be revealed

The Toronto Raptors are hosting the event next year and tomorrow the team is planning to show the logo for the first time. From Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun:

"The Raptors rebrand has been completed and piles of new merchandise will be available in the near future in advance of the 2015-16 season and another logo will also soon be revealed - the Toronto NBA All-Star 2016 logo. That will happen on Wednesday, when select speakers from the NBA and Canadian basketball community are on hand in Toronto, including rookie of the year Andrew Wiggins, of Vaughan. Wiggins, the face of the Minnesota Timberwolves franchise, said after the season that one of his next goals is to make the West all-star team at home. If that doesn't happen, the hope will be that Wiggins at least competes in the slam dunk contest (perhaps against teammate Zach Lavine, who won the 2015 event in spectacular fashion in New York City last February, or against Raptors swingman Terrence Ross, also a former winner) and in the Rising Stars Game. Wiggins was the MVP of that undercard."
