Report: Will PG remain a Jazz weak spot?

The rebuild of the Utah Jazz roster continues and to improve the point guards need to play better. From Jody Genessy of the Deseret News:

"The weak spot of the team was at the point guard position, which ranked at the bottom of the NBA in terms of production. Second-year point guard Trey Burke was replaced as a starter by rookie Dante Exum midway through the season and although both players showed flashes, neither ended up with great numbers. Burke averaged 12.8 points per game, the same as his first season, but his shooting percentage went down, from 38.0 to 36.8 percent, which put him dead last in the league — 111th among qualified players. The year before, Burke's shooting percentage was better than just one player, Detroit’s Brandon Jennings. Exum, who was taken with the No. 5 overall pick in last year’s NBA draft, averaged 4.4 points per game, shooting just 34.9 percent from the field to go with 2.4 assists per game. At 22 and 19, respectively, Burke and Exum are two of the youngest point guards in the league and a third point guard, Bryce Cotton, who showed potential late in the season, is also 22. But general manager Dennis Lindsey acknowledged the point guard position is not where it should be. ... The Jazz GM also said that Exum and Burke did positive things that didn’t always show up on the stat sheet."
