Wizards nearing return to VCU for training camp: The Washington Wizards will be headed back to the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University for training camp, league sources tell CSNmidatlantic.com, after plans to stage it at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., fell through. The agreement to return to VCU hasn't been completed such as how much of camp –- just part or all of it – will be held there.
