Portland Trail Blazers will be 'aggressive on draft night' even without draft picks: The Blazers front office might not have a 2016 draft pick currently, but there are certain perks that come with working for a basketball-loving billionaire. "We always have a draft pick," Blazers President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey said in May. "We work for Paul Allen." Even without a selection in the upcoming draft the Blazers have gone through most of their normal prospect scouting processes: watching possible draft picks throughout the regular season and attending the NBA draft combine in Chicago in May. Olshey pledged to be "aggressive" on draft night despite the fact that the Blazers won't enter the evening with a guaranteed selection. -- The Oregonian
