Phoenix Suns intend to stay connected in offseason: During Earl Watson's news conference for being named the permanent Suns coach, he expressed appreciation for Eric Bledsoe, Devin Booker, Brandon Knight and Mirza Teletovic attending the event and shared the same thoughts for the other Suns players who had begun offseason vacations. After a 13-year playing career, Watson knows the value and need for down time physically and mentally but he and the Suns also have expressed how the work for next season begins now, individually and collectively. -- The Arizona Republic
