Gordon will compete in the 2016 All-Star slam dunk contest in Toronto, the league announced tonight. -- Orlando Sentinel

NBA says referees made a mistake that helped the Thunder against the Magic: An NBA review of the officiating during Wednesday night's Orlando Magic-Oklahoma City Thunder game determined the referees missed a Thunder offensive foul that helped pave the way for Russell Westbrook to tie the score 114-114 with 29.2 seconds remaining. -- Orlando Sentinel

Magic Can Quickly Forget About Wednesday's Heartbreaker With Good Performance Against Clippers: Kevin Durant hit the Orlando Magic with a crushing haymaker on Wednesday by drilling a last-second, buzzer-beating shot from 27 feet. It was eerily similar to what Oklahoma City teammate Russell Westbrook did to the Magic three months earlier by banking in a 40-foot, half-court heave as regulation expired. -- Magic.com

Film Room: Mario Hezonja's Strengths and Areas to Improve: Mario Hezonja shoots a higher percentage from 25-29 feet out (40 percent) than he does from 20-24 feet (37.5 percent). He has outstanding shooting form and a very quick release. As a result of his length, Hezonja can shoot over the reach of nearly all of his defenders. -- Magic.com
