Has Lester thrown last game for Red Sox?

Jon Lester was originally scheduled to start Wednesday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays, but amid all of the trade rumors surrounding the pitcher, the team has instead decided to recall Brandon Workman from Triple-A to take the mound in his place.
