Here are the most interesting Miami Dolphins stories Thursday from around the Web:

  • Alian Poupart of the Dolphins team site writes safety Reshad Jones was ranked the No. 64 player in the NFL’s top 100 this year.

Morning take: Jones is coming off a monster year where he led the Dolphins in tackles (135) and interceptions (five). He has been good for several years but is finally getting the credit he deserves.

  • Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald writes the Dolphins’ stadium renovation is one of the most difficult projects of owner Stephen Ross’ career.

Morning take: The owner has put more than $450 million of his own money into this project and the Herald reports the price tag continues to rise. The team expects the stadium to be ready in time for the preseason.
