Morning take: Dolphins' intrigue at No. 14

Here are the most interesting Miami Dolphins stories Monday from around the Web:

  • Greg Cote of the Miami Herald writes there is plenty of intrigue for the Dolphins with the No. 14 pick.

Morning take: Miami has enough flexibility to be unpredictable and go in many different directions. Wide receiver is the most likely position. But will any of the top three at that position make it to No. 14?

  • Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post writes the Dolphins could target linebacker or cornerback in the first round.

Morning take: These are two additional areas the Dolphins could look. However, linebacker is not a top-heavy position and could be addressed in the later rounds.

  • Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel writes the Dolphins must pay attention to character concerns when drafting.

Morning take: Miami general manager Dennis Hickey did a smart thing last year. He drafted players without red flags and signed those with character concerns as rookie free agents. The strategy worked.

  • The Dolphins' team website has the latest with the modernization of Sun Life Stadium.

Morning take: This is a process that should be complete by 2016. But Dolphins fans will get to enjoy many of the new perks this season.
