          Former Jaguars defensive end and assistant coach Paul Spicer has been hired by the Tampa Bay Bucs as an assistant defensive line coach, writes Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times. Spicer will assist Joe Cullen, who also is a former Jaguars assistant.

          WJXT TV-4 sports director Sam Kouvaris and Cole Pepper discuss the Jaguars' options after the combine, free agency, and the rest of the offseason in their latest podcast.

          Daniel Jeremiah of NFL.com has the Jaguars taking defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. with the No. 3 pick in his third mock draft. Quarterback Jameis Winston and defensive end Leonard Williams are the top two picks.

          The Monday Morning Quarterback's Peter King projected the top 15 draft picks and he has the Jaguars taking Williams at No. 3. He has Winston going No. 1 and Fowler going No. 2.

          Here is a different perspective: Optimum Scouting's Eric Galko's mock draft has quarterback Marcus Mariota going No. 1 to Tampa Bay, defensive end Randy Gregory going No. 2 to Tennessee, and Missouri defensive end/outside linebacker Shane Ray going No. 3 to Jacksonville.

          Former New York Jets GM John Idzik is joining the Jaguars as a salary-cap consultant.
