Prediction: Colts will beat Jaguars

The Colts have had their way against the Jaguars in recent years. They’ve won four straight meetings against Jacksonville.

Indianapolis isn’t in the position to let Sunday’s game slip away because the Houston Texans are only a game behind them for first place in the AFC South. Quarterback Andrew Luck still has only lost back-to-back games once in his career.

Two key areas that fall right into the Colts’ hands are that the Jaguars are 26th in the league in stopping the run and they’re 27th in the league in time of possession. Indianapolis needs to face a team that struggles stopping the run after it rushed for only 19 yards on 17 attempts against the New England Patriots. It's a perfect opportunity for Trent Richardson to make up for not rushing any yards on seven attempts against the Patriots. A ball-controlled offense will help the Colts maintain their top spot in time of possession in the league.
