Garrett Graham out, Whitney Mercilus in, DeAndre Hopkins day to day

HOUSTON -- Houston Texans coach Bill O'Brien was more forthcoming than normal on the injury front Thursday.

Tight end Garrett Graham will miss Sunday's game with a high ankle sprain. Those injuries take several weeks to heal. Graham has been inactive for the past two games.

Whitney Mercilus, who missed last week's game with a back injury, will be back against the Baltimore Ravens this weekend. Mercilus has practiced fully all week.

One player who maintained that day-to-day designation is DeAndre Hopkins. The receiver has 1,167 yards receiving this season. He has missed practice the past two days with an ankle injury.

Cornerback Johnathan Joseph (ankle), inside linebacker Mike Mohamed (concussion), quarterback Tom Savage (knee) and guard Xavier Su'a-Filo (back) all missed both days of practice so far this week. Savage has already been declared out for Sunday's game.

Running back Arian Foster and inside linebacker Brian Cushing both missed Wednesday's practice, but returned on a limited basis for Thursday.
