RTC: Texans get a spring break

Reading the coverage of the Houston Texans...

The Texans are getting a week off from their voluntary offseason program after concluding phase one, writes John McClain of the Houston Chronicle. He also notes the Texans' schedule of visits, including Jadeveon Clowney and Johnny Manziel to start the week, and Teddy Bridgewater in the middle.

Once again, D.J. Swearinger expressed his desire for the Texans to take his former teammate Jadeveon Clowney first overall, writes James Palmer of CSN Houston. More importantly, Swearinger did this before throwing out the first pitch during last night's Astros game, and doing so with a jersey on that said "Swaggg."

This isn't exactly connected to this Texans team, but an NFL story worth your time. Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report did an investigation attempting to answer the question of whether or not Darren Sharper is a sexual predator, following eight allegations of sexual assault in five states. He interviewed law enforcement officials, former teammates and coworkers and studied court documents and police reports.
