GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers surely wouldn't want to go into a regular-season game like this, but with Aaron Rodgers held out (coach's decision) and Scott Tolzien only recently cleared to return from a concussion, rookie quarterback Brett Hundley was passable in his first career start. He played three full quarters in Saturday's 39-26 loss to the Eagles at Lambeau Field, some of that against Philadelphia's defensive starters.
The fifth-round pick from UCLA put together scoring drives of 74, 80 and 83 yards before Matt Blanchard took over in the fourth quarter.
Hundley completed 22-of-31 passes for 315 yards with two touchdowns and one interception (which the Eagles returned 28 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter after tight end Richard Rodgers appeared to have fallen down).
