GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Eddie Lacy didn't have any problem finishing off Sunday's win over the Minnesota Vikings despite battling a stomach illness, so it was no surprise that the Green Bay Packers running back was not even listed on Wednesday's injury report. Lacy does not expect to be limited in any way on Sunday against the New England Patriots. Or on Thursday at the Thanksgiving dinner table. "Yeah, I'll eat a little bit,' Lacy said. Lacy's ailment, described by coach Mike McCarthy as a gastrointestinal illness, coincided with his best rushing performance of the season. He ran for 125 yards on 25 carries, both season highs, and helped the Packers run out the final 3:23 of the fourth quarter without giving the ball back to the Vikings. "It was tough a little bit, but I don't think I did anything differently than any other one of my teammates would've done if they were feeling the same way, if they were able to go out and still play," Lacy said. "The game, I didn't know I was getting 25 carries going into it, but being able to battle that and just continue to contribute positively definitely helped." Before the Vikings' game, Lacy had not carried more than 17 times in a game this season. The reintroduction of Lacy as a workhorse back will give the Patriots another thing to think about in advance of Sunday's showdown at Lambeau Field. The Packers' only major health concerns this week are guard T.J. Lang, who aggravated his previously sprained left ankle against the Vikings; and outside linebacker Nick Perry, who did not play last week because of a shoulder injury. Neither practiced on Wednesday, which has been the norm since Lang's injury on Oct. 26, but McCarthy said Lang' ankle is no worse for the wear. "T.J. is probably further ahead than in the past," McCarthy said after Wednesday's practice. "But we'll see how he is tomorrow. [His] workload for the week will probably be similar or maybe less than the past couple weeks." Here's the full injury report: TE Brandon Bostick (hip, limited participation in practice) CB Jarrett Bush (groin, did not practice) G T.J. Lang (ankle, did not practice) LB Nick Perry (shoulder, did not practice) G Josh Sitton (toe, limited participation)
