Judging by the questions in my Wednesday morning chat session, many fantasy owners not only can't figure out whether to start San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen, but if he's even worth owning at all. Allen was a surprisingly productive rookie last season, finishing 17th among all wide receivers in standard scoring, despite doing little the first month. Well, we're well past the first month of the 2014 season and the talented Allen isn't among the top 50 wide receiver scorers in ESPN leagues. There are 175 players with a touchdown reception, but Allen isn't one of them. He is, however, tied for 28th in targets. That creates a buy-low opportunity.
