Investing in Sandoval, Ortiz remains wise

The struggling Boston Red Sox lineup has been shaken up a bit recently, but little changed Tuesday in a 2-1 loss to surprising right-hander Mike Pelfrey and the Minnesota Twins. Second baseman Dustin Pedroia and outfielder Mookie Betts have switched spots at the top of the order, while third baseman Pablo Sandoval has apparently ditched switch-hitting along with his move up to third, and slumping designated hitter David Ortiz is looking for breaks batting fifth. The Red Sox aren’t hitting. The Red Sox are going to hit. An investment opportunity is closing.

The keys to the order are Sandoval and Ortiz.
