Chicago Bears Vice President of Football Administration and General Counsel Cliff Stein is viewed as the swiftest contract negotiator in the league as it pertains to draft picks.

Under Stein's leadership, the Bears routinely have signed all of their draft choices to contracts before the other 31 NFL teams.

Ever since the creation of the rookie salary cap, teams no longer wrestle with first-round picks holding out of training camp over a contract dispute.

Still, there is immense value in quickly agreeing to terms with draft picks. The sooner a draft choice is under contract, the sooner he can join the team for the remainder of the voluntary offseason program.

Here is a look at the maximum Year 1 allotments the NFL gave the Bears for each of their 2015 draft selections:
