Noah gets an assist from Hulk Hogan

CHICAGO -- Joakim Noah used a little Hulkamania power to help promote his foundation's "Rock Your Drop" Campaign on Sunday.

Noah, appearing at a collectibles show in Rosemont, Illinois, on Sunday, taped a short video with Hulk Hogan to spread the word about what his Noah's Arc Foundation is trying to do to prevent gun violence.

Noah's mother, Cecilia Rodhe, a sculptor, crafted a necklace that the foundation says is "meant to be worn as a sign of connectivity and to visibly express a sense of belonging and togetherness in one's community."

Noah was happy to get the chance to catch up with the wrestling legend.

"The Hulksy. That's my guy," Noah said after Monday's shootaround. "Hulk rocks his drop. Just so you guys know. Hulk rocks his drop. All the kids out there, you guys should [too]."

Noah presented Hogan with his own "Drop" and Hogan responded with the following message. Maybe this will cheer up the reigning NBA Defensive Player of the Year. He was a late scratch from Monday's game against the Charlotte Hornets because of general soreness.
