Twitter mailbag: What's the deal with Matt Slauson?

Thanks to everyone who submitted questions. Here is the second part of the post-draft Chicago Bears' weekly mailbag. Have a safe and productive rest of the week.

JD: Sure. The Bears have open spots on the defensive line. Eddie Goldman, Akiem Hicks and Mitch Unrein are on the 53-man roster, but after that, the line is a work in progress. The Bears raved about Jonathan Bullard's quickness off the snap. That trait showed up at Florida, where Bullard had 6.5 sacks and 17.5 tackles for loss in 2015. And since he is Pace’s third-round pick, Bullard has a built-in advantage over the high choices of the previous regime -- Ego Ferguson and Will Sutton. It will be an upset if Bullard does not play on Sundays in the fall.
